Not at all. Jesus is central to my coaching and the foundation of the ALIGN Method, but you do not need to have everything figured out spiritually—or even call yourself a Christian—to begin.
If you're curious about faith, exploring what you believe, or simply open to a different way of approaching transformation, you are welcome here. In fact, this can be a beautiful space to ask questions, explore spirituality, and discover who Jesus is without pretending you're further along than you are.
All I ask is that you're open to the faith-centered nature of our work together.

I know the urgency that can come when you finally decide, “I’m ready to change my life.” You want the change to happen now. I’ve been there.
But lasting transformation doesn’t happen overnight, and six months isn’t a promise that every area of your life will be completely transformed. It’s the minimum amount of time I believe we need to build the foundation, work through the ALIGN Method, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
At the end of our six months, we’ll use our final session to reflect on your transformation and decide what comes next. Some women will be ready to continue on their own. Others may want additional support. The goal is never to make you dependent on coaching—it’s to equip you to eventually walk forward confidently without it.

No. I am a life coach, not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. Our work may include identifying patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that are influencing how you show up in your life today, but our focus is on moving forward—building greater self-awareness, creating new patterns, setting meaningful goals, and learning to re-center yourself in your identity in Christ.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. If something comes up that is outside the scope of coaching, I will always encourage you to seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.

Your safety comes first. I’m happy to work alongside women with a variety of needs, but I’m also honest about the limits of my expertise. I am not a registered dietitian or medical professional, and there may be circumstances where your nutrition, training, or health needs require support beyond my scope.
If that’s the case, I’ll be upfront with you and encourage you to work with the appropriate healthcare professional. When appropriate, I’m happy to coach within their recommendations so you can continue working toward your goals safely.

Then you’re exactly the kind of woman I created WOV for.
I know how frustrating it is to genuinely want change, try again and again, and still find yourself falling back into the same patterns. I don’t believe that means you’re incapable of changing. Sometimes we’ve spent so much time trying to change our behaviors that we’ve never stopped to understand what’s driving them.
At WOV, we start deeper. We work on your identity, uncover the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build from there. We aren’t chasing overnight transformation. We’re building lasting change, one faithful step at a time.
